The Ghana Football Association has told Techiman City not to hold themselves out as the promoted club to the Premier League.

The GFA and the Division One League Board will confirm the team that has qualified to Ghana top-flight after all cases before its judicial bodies have been fully resolved.

A statement of the FA’s official website: “As it stands now, no team has gained promotion from Zone One due to cases before the judicial bodies of the Association, whose outcomes may affect standings of the Zone One table.

“Cases before the judicial bodies include Techiman City’s appeal against the Ethics Committee’s decision to demote the club to Division Two.

“Other cases yet to be resolved are; Techiman City and Berlin FC, Techiman City vs Bolga All Stars, Unity FC vs Bolga Man City and Atebubu Esperance vs Bolga Man City.”
