All Division One League Clubs have been directed to wear black arm bands in this weekend’s Day Twenty-one (21) league matches.

This is in solidarity with Asante Kotoko who suffered a fatal motor accident on the Nkawkaw highway enroute from Accra after their Premier League match against Inter Allies on Wednesday.

Whiles expressing its sadness at the death of Kotoko’s deputy Equipment officer Thomas Asare and injuries to some players and Officials, the board wishes to remind clubs that DOL games will come on as planned.

Clubs are however advised to ensure that their drivers and traveling vehicles are good conditions before setting off to venues for their respective games.
