Ghana striker Dominic Adiyiah could start against Lesotho in Sunday’s World Cup qualifier in Maseru.

Adiyiah, 23, was an unused substitute during the side’s 3-1 win at Sudan in Omdurman last weekend.

The Arsenal Kyiv man returned to the team after a long absence but is reported to have impressed heavily during training sessions.

He is likely to be picked ahead of Richmond Boakye Yiadom to partner captain Asamoah Gyan at the Setso stadium.

The ex-Ghana Under-20 star scored a brace during the Black Stars 7-0 hammering of their opponent during the corresponding fixture in Kumasi.
