Donadoni: Bologna must show more desire against Inter

Published on: 11 March 2016

Bologna coach Roberto Donadoni stressed that his team need to show more desire in front of goal against their upcoming opponents Inter, should they hope to leave the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza with a positive result.

The Felsenei have made a habit of upsetting Serie A’s big names this season, though have recently struggled in terms of scoring, a cause for concern as they prepare to go up against one of the tightest defences in the league.

“We know that we are going to face a great team that’s beginning to find some continuity,” Donadoni told the media, ahead of the match.

“For us, it’s truly wonderful to measure ourselves against a team like Inter.

“We’re heading to Milan with fierce determination, looking to build upon our success so far

“However, we need to finish our chances in the final third to become even better, we need more desire to go looking for goal and make the most of any opportunities that we may get.

“We need more movement in the area as we cannot just stand still.”
