Ace Sports Journalist Kwabena Yeboah wants Ghanaian soccer fans to lower their expectations on new goalkeeper Adams Larsen Kwarasey.

The Norway-born shot-stopper dislodged long-standing Richard Kingson as Black Stars number one and impressed in his first two appearances.

He was outstanding in the high-profile against Brazil last month where he pulled three world-class saves.

But the renowned sports writer is cautioning soccer fans against overrating the 23-year-old

He told Citi Sports: "We need to lower our expectations on our goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey. I mean he's had one excellent game against Brazil.

"I don't think suddenly he becomes the best goalkeeper in the world.

''Regarding Richard Kingson, he's tried and tested. We've seen him in two world cups, in series of qualifiers and Cup of Nations.''

Kwarasey will be between the sticks in Ghana's crucial final 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sudan in Khartoum on 8 October.
