Dramani invites pressure of being coach of Kotoko

Mas-Ud Dramani says he wants to experience the pressure associated with being the coach of Asante Kotoko.

Past coaches have complained of intense pressure at the club especially when results are not going their way.

But Dramani despite presiding over a not too flamboyant start to the season says he is yet to feel the much talked of pressure at the club.

“We have had a difficult start to the season but I feel no pressure,” he said.

“I have heard of pressure at this club but I am not seeing or feeling anything.

“I am looking forward to seeing this kind of pressure because pressure brings the best out of me.

“For me I consider the overall performance of the team on the field supreme over the results.

“And I believe coaches should be ultimately judged by the team’s performance not necessarily the results.”

The champions have broken into the top four for the first time of the season following their 2-1 win at Tema Youth on Sunday.

They have now equaled last season’s unbeaten run of eight matches ahead of their midweek clash with New Edubiase.
