Kuala Lumpur: Asian Football Confederation Member Associations have been invited to submit their nominations for the AFC Dream Asia Awards for the year 2015.
The awards, available in three categories - corporate, non-governmental organisation and individual - are presented annually to recognise and honour those who have shown exemplary commitment towards social development using football as an agent of change.
Member Associations can submit their nominations by downloading and completing the application form below. More information about the nomination process, including the criteria, can be found in a second document, also available below.
The closing date for submissions is March 3, 1700hrs Malaysian time.
Timeline:
February 3: Official notification to Member Associations
March 3: Closing of nominations
March 5: Screening process
April 6: Official notification to recipients via respective Member Associations
