Dreams FC coach Charles Akonnor is ready to hand goalkeeper Ishawu Yahaya his Ghana Premier League debut against Ebusua Dwarfs on the final day.

Yahaya is down the pecking order behind Philemon McCarthy and Mozart Adjetey.

The former Berekum Arsenals gloves man played in 28 games for the club during their campaign in the Division One League.

His last game came at the Nkawkaw Park when Dreams FC lost 2-1 to Okwahu United in the MTN FA Cup.

“Before we started the season, I assured every individual player that each and every one of them will have a taste of the Premiership by way of games.” Akonnor said at the pre-match press briefing.

“And so far, everybody has played with the exception of Ishawu [Yahaya] who we’re looking forward to give a chance.”

Dreams FC beat Dwarfs 1-0 in Cape Coast in the corresponding fixture.
