Newly-promoted Ghanaian side Dreams FC have dragged Ismaily to FIFA after their complaints over their transfer cash of striker John Antwi hit a brick wall.

The Ghanaian side says they have now been boxed to a corner, leading to the decision to drag to the Egyptian side to the world governing body.

Ismaily sold the Ghanaian striker to Saudi side Al Shabab in a deal reported to be around $2 million but the Egyptian side has consistently failed to honour its contractual obligation to the Ghanaian side.

Dreams FC president Mohammed Jiji Alifoe has confirmed the club has taking steps to retrieve their money by reporting the club to FIFA.

“It is important that the club gets what it is due. Our lawyer has sent the issue to FIFA and we are positive,’ he told the club’s official website

“For now we will continue our preparations for the league and see how the case also progresses.”
