David Duncan has rubbished Seth Owusu exit rumours

Hearts of Oak coach David Duncan has rubbished reports claiming defender Seth Owusu will be released by the Phobians and praised his qualities.

The 22-year-old former Chivas loanee is picking up his form and has made six appearances for the former African champions this season.

Duncan has expressed confidence in Owusu who is capped once by Ghana.

“He is a massive talent and he is still picking up and building his confidence so there’s no truth in the reports,” he said.

Owusu is being courted by an unnamed Belgian Pro League side.

hearts of oak should learn how to respect our players, seth owusu is talented player ,he has been invited to the senior national team before.its only that he is trying to find his rythym to the phobia style of playing.. i watched him against kotoko @ kumasi, he was fantastic.. against liberty @ accra, excellent performance. phobia …. we should be careful else we wont get players to play for us some day. a word to a wise is enough…… never say die….. still masters.
