PSV Eindhoven's Memphis Depay has fired warning at Christian Atsu's Vitesse Arnhem ahead of Dutch league top-liner

Dutch attacker of Ghanaian root Memphis Depay has sent a text message to Christian Atsu's team-mates ahead of their Eredivisie clash on Saturday.

Depay will lead PSV Eindhoven to the GelreDome where they take on the Rats in the Dutch top-flight's top-liner.

Christian Atsu is expected to feature prominently for Vitesse as they seek to keep their sight on the title chase with victory over an under-performing PSV side.

But Depay who has a Ghanaian father has sent a text message to Atsu's team-mates Patrick van Aanholt and Zakaria Labyad who both started their youth careers at PSV.

"I speak to him every day, so I've just sent him a text message saying that he must make ready for the storm coming there," he said.

Atsu has played a key role in Vitesse's campaign, scoring 3 goals in 19 appearances and providing 6 assists.
