Eddie Doku recorded a landslide victory to retain his seat as Greater Accra Regional Football Association chairman.
He polled 72 votes as against the 17 chalked by his main contender Eugene Jacquaye, who is bankrolller for Lashibi United, on Monday.
Doku, then vice-chairman, has been installed for his full term in office after replacing Jordan Anagbla who died in 2012.
He will continue to serve on the Ghana FA Executive Committee for the next four years.
