Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United are yet to agree a free over the transfer of Ghana defender Edwin Gyimah, according to a report by Soccer Laduma.

Gyimah has been in camp with Pirates but his deal is yet to be finalized.

According to Siya sources, while the player and Pirates have agreed on a package in advance after Matsatsantsa gave them permission to discuss personal terms, the two clubs are yet to agree on the transfer itself.

It is thought that Gyimah’s move to Pirates is imminent with SuperSport unlikely to try and keep hold of the player, though, as reported in this week’s issue of Soccer Laduma, they may seek to try and add other players into the deal.

While Eric Tinkler has previously confirmed the signing of Gyimah, it seems that all is not complete as of yet, meaning that the Ghost will still have to wait a while to see the 24-year-old in action.
