John Antwi wants to play for the Black Stars as he tops the scorers chart in Egypt

Egyptian top-flight league's leading scorer John Antwi says he wants gain a call-up to the Ghana national team as he aims to clinch the top-scorer award in the north African country.

The Ismaily marksman John Antwi is the Egyptian league's top scorer after netting four goals after just two matches in the competition which has sparked a lot of interest in him.

Antwi, who joined to Ismaily on September 2012 after he impressed their technical staff, says he wants to be the top scorer in the Egyptian League to join the Ghana National Team.

"Now I have scored 4 goals after two matches with my team , and that is very good . I will keep it up to be the top scorer of the Egyptian league" Antwi told Supersport.

"My goal now is play for the Black Stars and I will do my best with Al Ismaily " Anwti added.

The 21 year old led Ismaily to win their first match in the Egyptian League against Al Qanah when he scored two goals before scoring another two goals in their match against Telephonat Bani Swaif which they won 3-1 over the weekend.

Ismaily will play next match against Zamalek on Thursday in the Egyptian League match day day three.
