An official of African champions Al Ahly will be in Ghana next month to scout for players.

Magdy Tolba has been invited by his former Al Ahly teammate Felix Aboagye who is an assistant coach at Ghana Premier League side Liberty Professionals.

"I have an invitation from our ex-player Felix Ahmed Aboagye who has already been doing some scouting so I know who to see," Tolba , an Ahly contract official, said.

"This in addition to the various films clips we have will help us target the best players out there."

Aboagye played for the Red Devils between 1993 and 1998 where he made 117 appearances and scored 47 goals.

"I contacted him (Magdy) and he said he can come to Ghana after the FIFA Club World Cup in Japan," Aboagye told MTNFootball.com.
