Eleven Wise players embark on strike action over unpaid salaries - report

Players of Ghanaian second-tier Eleven Wise have embarked on a strike action over unpaid salaries.

They are owed salaries and other wages running into seven months and have laid down their tools in protest.

They have refused to attend training amid a season which has not been so fruitful.

Wise currently sit in 12th position with a paltry 27 points from 25 games with five games to end the season.
