Ghanaian forward Elvis Manu has reflected on GençlerbirliÄŸi 3-0 victory over Göztepe in the Turkish SuperLig on Monday.

The Wind of Ankara opened the scoring through Brazilian midfielder Jailton Paraiba just three minutes into the game.

But a red card to Adama Traore in the 29th minute handed Gençlerbirliği a huge advantage in the match.

Paraiba added his second of the match in the 67th minute before Ghanaian striker Elvis Manu climbed off the bench to seal the victory for the home side side with three minutes left.

Speaking after the game, Manu shed light over the side's victory.

"We had the comfort of scoring the first goal of the game, we were comfortable after the red card, and I think we could score even more."

Manu, expressed his joy over the goal he scored after shaking off an injury to make the squad.

"I talked to a friend and told him I would return to the field."

He has scored three goals so far since the start of the Turkish League this season.
