Udinese star Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has apologized to the fans for their 4-0 clobbering at AS Roma and has urged his teammates to be mentally strong for their next games.

The Ghana international lasted the entire duration at the Stadio Olimpico as the Little Zebras capitulated in the second half to concede all four goals.

"I want to apologize to the fans who came here to support us. We started well, but then we fell. Abbiammo made too many mistakes and wrong attitude. Now we have to stay together,” he told Udinese TV.

“It's hard to explain today's match, we have to recover all the energy and think only about Empoli.

“We need to work on the mentality. It’s never easy to play here at the Olimpico, we were wrong too many times the last step.

“We are a strong team, very united. But we lack the mindset. We need to get a result against Empoli and reach 40 points as soon as possible."

Badu is in his eighth season at the Stadio Friuli.
