ENGLAND - ARSENE WENGER to be new manager?

The Daily Express reports that the FA are considering waiting a year to appoint Arsene Wenger as Roy Hodgson's England successor, with chief executive Martin Glenn confident in the abilities of Gareth Southgate to hold the fort until that time.

Arsene Wenger has one year left on his contract at the Emirates Stadium, that both him and the board of directors at Arsenal are determined to see through.
