Veteran left footed Ghanaian midfielder Sulley Muntari could yet return to England next season with Harry Redknapp monitoring the midfielder’s situation at Italian side Pescara.
The former AC Milan and and former Inter Milan man worked with Redknapp during his Portsmouth days and the two have always been in close contact since then.
Muntari joined Pescara on a short term deal and has been ok though it’s fair to say that his best footballing days are way behind.
Redknapp took over Birmingham City last weeke and has been tasked to keep them up in the championship.
According to the papers in Birmingham this morning Muntari will relish the opportunity to work with Redknapp again and will not think twice if the approach is made in the summer.
