English giants Arsenal are interested in signing Leicester City's Ghanaian left-sided player Jeffrey Schlupp in what would be a shock summer signing.

The FA Cup finalists are also reportedly interested in Leicester City’s left-sided player Jeffrey Schlupp in a deal that would cost the Gunners £5 million.

Schlupp has had a good season for the Foxes – winning the club’s young player of the season award – and would provide long-term competition for Kieran Gibbs and Nacho Monreal at left-back and would be an option for the wing in more defensive lineups.

Having said that you have to wonder whether this interest is genuine or whether it is a player’s agent trying to force a bigger contract or another team to bid for the player.
