Donsah and Rahman are both wanted by Chelsea

English Premier League champions Chelsea are looking to complete a £22m double deal for Ghanaian duo Godfred Donsah and Baba Abdul-Rahman.

Cagliari President, Tommaso Giulini, revealed the Premier League champions have shown interest in the highly-rated midfield ace and admitted discussions have been held.

Chelsea are seeking to sign the Ghanaian youngster Donsah for about £5m.

Giulini said: "We had a chat a few weeks ago with Juventus and Chelsea, but I am stunned by all these rumours around him.

"The lad needs to grow up with us."

Meanwhile a deal for Rahman is edging ever closer after Augsburg completed the signing of left-back Philipp Max.

The new arrival paves the way for Rahman's £17m move to Stamford Bridge.
