Wa All Stars head coach Enos Adipah is confident his outfit can defend their Ghana Premier League title despite their slow start.
The Wa-based side having an indifferent start to the campaign where they have collected 17 points and are sitting in 6th position after match day 12.
But after defeating Asante Kotoko over the weekend, Adipah believes they are well on course to win their second premier league trophy.
"Hope you saw that my current crop of players are new to the top-flight league and they are developing gradually,” Adipah said after the game.
He added, "We're still on course and with this victory [over Kotoko] will help my boys."
"Why not.... We can defend the Ghana Premier league title" he concluded.
