Striker Eric Bekoe is thrilled to have returned Berekum Chelsea’s favour with a breath-taking debut goal on Sunday.

The 25-year-old scored a fabulous opener to propel the Blues to a 2-0 comfortable win over Hearts of Oak at the Golden City Park.

The former Asante Kotoko striker is delighted with his first goal for the 2010 Ghanaian League champions and looks ahead to score more in the coming months.

““I wanted a very proper time to open my goal scoring account and as I have scored against Hearts I’m sure more will come,” Bekoe told Acra-based Joy FM

“We were too hot for the Phobians to handle.”

Bekoe cancelled his contract with Egyptian side Petrojet to sign for Chelsea.
