Essien called for camping for Tottenham game

Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has called Ghanaian midfielder Michael Essien for Saturday's Premier League clash against Tottenham.

This comes after the enforcer's early substitution against West Ham last week because of a knee scare which promtoped fears about his fitness.

But he wasd cleared during the week as fit to return to action.

Now coach Ancelotti has reported a clean bill of health for tomorrow's Barclays Premier League game against Tottenham.

Ancelotti yesterday dispelled fears over the fitness of Michael Essien (knee) and Ramires (hamstring), with the latter back in the frame after missing the last three matches.

Defender Alex is also fit again following an identical period on the sidelines with a similar injury.
