Richmond Boakye-Yiadom continued his rich vein of scoring form by scoring twice in Red Star Belgrade's 3-0 win over Maltese side Floriana in the Europa League first qualifying round first leg.

The 24-year-old, who has agreed terms to a new three-year deal, converted a spot-kick in the 45th minute.

This was after Enzo Adrian Ruiz saw red for fouling Nemanja Milić inside the box.

After 78 minutes, Slavoljub Srni doubled the lead for the Serbian Super League runners-up.

Boakye popped up in the 89th minute to complete the drubbing at the Stadion Rajko Mitić - Belgrade.

Red Star Belgrade will travel to Malta for the second leg on 6 July as the winner will face Pavlodar or Dunav Ruse.
