Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom believes Arsenal's 1-0 win over his side Red Star Belgrade did not tell the whole story.
Boakye lasted 80 minutes on the pitch as the former European champions were undone by an Olivier Giroud goal five minutes later.
The 24-year-old came close to scoring in the 26th minute but his header inside the box which bounced off the turf nestled the cross bar with Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech beaten.
After the match he posted on his Twitter page: ''My injury is minor. Arsenal were lucky. We fought & will fight again next time out at the Emirates. @crvenazvezdafk will advance.''
Boakye has scored eight goals (including qualifiers) for Red Star Belgrade in this term.
