Ten Ghanaian players were involved in Thursday evening's Uefa Europa League games with only Isaac Sackey and Kevin Luckassen enjoying victory on the evening. 

There were painful losses for former New Edubiase United defender Ebenezer Ofori and Mohammed Abu.

Ghana youth defender Ebenezer Ofori was booked and played the entire game for Swedish side AIK Solna who slipped to a 3-1 home loss at the hands of Greek side Atromitos.

Former Liberty Professionals midfielder Isaac Sackey was booked in the 58th minute and played full throttle for Slovan Liberec who defeated Israeli side Ironi Kiryat Shmona 2-1. Dutch-born attacker Kevin Luckassen was unused by Liberec.

Black Stars winger Wakaso Mubarak was not the Rubin Kazan' team when they posted a 3-2 away victory Austrian side Sturm Graz.

Young Dutch-born Ghanaian defender Derrick Luckassen sat on the AZ Alkmaar bench when they posted a 2-0 win over Istanbul Basakeshir.

Striker Abdul Majeed Waris played 80 minutes for Trabzonspor but failed to find the target as they succumbed to a 1-0 loss against Moldovan side Rabotni?ki.

Inaki Williams missed Athletic Bilbao's 2-0 comfortable win over Inter Baku.

Youngster Joseph Amoah could not make the Vitoria Guimaraes squad for their 2-1 loss at Austrian side Rheindorf Altach.

Midfielder Mohammed Abu started the game and played the entire minutes for Norwegian side Stromsgodset who succumbed to Croatian side Hajduk Split. Midfielder Bismark Adjei-Boateng was unused by Stromsgodset as he warmed the bench for the entire minutes.
