​Everton have begun talks with two US businessmen with a view to completing a £200m takeover, as per ​the Mail. It's believed discussions are progressing well and an announcement could be made at the end of February, as majority shareholders Bill Kenwright, Robert Earl and Jon Woods near an agreement.
