Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong was in full time action for FK Ufa as they suffered elimination from the Russian Cup after losing 1-0 against Lokomotiv Moscow on Wednesday night.Â
The 22-year-old earned a rare start and completed the entire duration of the game for Ufa who slipped to defeat and elimination from the competition.
Lokomotiv won the game thanks to a last-gasp strike from Appaev.
Frimpong, an ex-Arsenal star, has struggled to command a starting role at Ufa since arriving at the club but was handed his first start of the season.
However things did not go too well for Frimpong as his side lost in the game.
