Former Ghana youth defender Bright Addae scored the second goal for Ascoli and helped them to a convincing 3-0 win over Spezia in the Italian Serie B on Sunday. 

The 23-year-old towering central defender rose above every one in the Spezia box to head home an incisive cross from the left for the Black and Whites.

The goal was his first of the season for Ascoli who are gunning for promotion to the Italian top-flight.

Addae, a former Wa All Stars defender who joined Parma on his arrival in Italy, has played 17 times for Ascoli in the league.

Andrea Petagna and Daniele Cacia were the other scorers for Ascoli in the game.
