Ex-Inter Allies trio feature for respective clubs in USL; Frederick Opoku named Man-of-the-Match for Penn FC

Fredrick Opoku played the full minutes for Penn FC and was named Fans’ Man of the match in his side’s 0-0 stalemate against Nashville SC in the USL.

After starting from the bench in his first game of the season, Opoku walked through to the starting eleven with a fantastic display.

He was named the the Fan’s MVP after the match, Penn FC official twitter account ran a poll.

Opoku after his man-of-the-match performance said: “It was really good, I mean, we worked hard…”

“I think we need to work more on our teamwork, and we should really work hard on the team.”

Prince Baffoe also made is USL debut for Penn FC, he came on in the 61st minutes for Jorge Rivera and played the rest of the game well.

On the other side, Nashville SC forward Ropapa Mensah also faced his former side. The forward played 65 minutes on his return in the exciting draw.
