Ex-Kotoko defender Godfred Yeboah issues 'come and get me plea' to Hearts

Ex-Kotoko defender Godfred Yeboah has told Hearts of Oak he wants to join them this season.

Yeboah, 35, is a free agent since leaving Ashantigold in 2008.

The strong defender, nicknamed ‘TV3’ has been unattached for the past six seasons but he has revealed his desire to sign for Hearts ahead of the new season.

“I’m ready to play for Hearts of Oak and any Premier league club which will need my services,” he told Koforidua-based Emak FM

“There have been several oldies who have returned home to play for local clubs.

“I am still available and ready to play for Hearts or any other team who show interest in me.”

Hearts are still in the market looking to augment their squad with big-name players and could be tempted to try their luck with the experienced left-back.

The former Dawu Youngsters defender was instrumental for Kotoko in their silver-winning medal feat in the 2004 CAF Confederation Cup.
