Ex-Kotoko captain Michael Akuffo is set for a sensational return to the club.
Akuffo, 29, is back in his native Ghana after ending a loan spell at Lebanese side Al Ansar.
The hugely talented midfielder suffered a terrible injury but appears to have shaken off the setback.
And he has confirmed his imminent return to the club during the second transfer window.
