Ex-Kotoko star Kwadwo Poku 'Mahala' insists new coach Paa Kwesi Fabin can't win titles for club

Ex-Asante Kotoko striker Kwadwo Poku 'Mahala' says newly-appointed coach Paa Kwesi Fabin does not hold the magic wand to transform the side.

Fabin has returned to the club eight years after being sacked for non-performance - signing a one-year deal with the Ghanaian powerhouse.

The former Ghana Under-17 striker has been signed to replace dismissed Steve Polack but former striker Kwadwo Poku says Fabin can't solve the club's problems.

“I don’t think sacking Pollack will solve Kotoko’s problems. Because in the game in Kumasi Kotoko had four penalties. It wasn’t the coach who missed them," he told Kumasi-based Silver FM

"It was the players so Pollack wasn’t at fault. I don’t think it was Fabin can solve the problems."

Poku has launched a scathing attack on the newly appointed coach of the club accusing him of taking bribes from players.
