Former Medeama coach Hans Vander Pluijm has been crowned the Best Coach in Tanzania after winning the top-flight title with Young Africans.
The Dutch trainer guided the side to dethrone holders Azam FC to represent the country at next year's CAF Champions League.
The well travelled expatriate was presented with the award at the Golden Towe in Dar es Salaam on Wednesday night.
Pluijm has previously coached Ghanaian sides Berekum Chelsea and Heart of Lions.
