Promising attacker Augustine Okrah has completed his half-season loan move to Swedish top-flight side BK Hacken on Saturday morning, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report.
Hacken have the option to sign the Bechem United jewel for three years if he impresses.
“Okrah is a future star and this move to Sweden and this club (Hacken) will help to refine his talent for the big clubs in Europe,” the player’s agent Oliver Arthur told GHANASoccernet.com.
“He knows the task ahead and I can tell you he’s ready for the job. By the end of his loan deal, we should be talking about one of the best young players in Europe.”
The 20-year-old joins The Wasps as top scorer of last season’s Ghana Premier League with 16 goals.
He was named the Sports Writers Association of Ghana Premier League Player of the Year.
Okrah joins compatriots Nasiru Mohammed and Richard Donkor at the Gamla Ullevi in Gothenburg.
Hacken are now third on the Allsvenskan after 16 rounds of matches and will travel to Norrkoping on Saturday.
