The Black Stars of Ghana will use new Puma jerseys for the 2017 Afcon and the 2018 World Cup qualifiers, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The German kits manufacturing giants will be using the Black Stars as one of the first African countries to use the new design for the tournament in Gabon as well as the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.

Over the past decades, PUMA has dedicated its finest and boldest designs in football to its African federations with Ghana being a major brand.

Ghana has already qualified for the African showpiece in Gabon in 2017 with a match to go against the Amavubi’s of Rwanda to be played later in Ghana.

The four times Africa champions will kick start the qualifiers for the 2018 World Cup in October with a game against the Cranes of Uganda.

The other group opponents are Egypt and Congo.
