Ghanaian defender Lawrence Lartey has joined Ethiopian side Hawassa Kenema SC, GHANASoccernet.com can confirm.
The former Ashanti Gold SC captain signed one-year contract with the Ethiopia Premier League outfit.
The 23-year-old joined South African side Ajax Cape Town after guiding AshantiGold SC to win their fourth league title in 2015.
In 2017, he signed for Tunisian giants Club Africain but his contract was terminated mutually after few weeks.
Lartey is a former Ghana youth international and was captain of the U20 team which won bronze at the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey.
