Ghana striker Dominic Adiyiah is still available as a free agent after failing to reach terms with Swedish side Malmo FF, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

Sources at the club revealed to Ghana’s number one leading football website that they did not have the budget to meet the demands of the former AC Milan player.

Adiyiah rejected a ‘poor’ contract from another Swedish side Kalmar FF before turning to Malmo.

The 23-year-old trained with the defending Swedish champions for a week and impressed but both parties had inconclusive financial terms.

“The club thought Adiyiah is desperate for a club and that he would accept anything offered but that is not the case,” the player’s confidante told GHANASoccernet.com.

“He is still around and would join any club prepared to pay him the right amount.”

Adiyiah terminating his contract with Ukrainian side Arsenal Kyiv last year and has time on his hands to find for a new club.
