Dutch-born Ghanaian attacker Elvis Manu has returned to Feyenoord after helping Cambuur survive relegation from the Dutch top-flight but is set to reject a new offer from the giants.

The 20-year-old was farmed out to Cambuur in January and helped them to escape relegation, scoring 5 Eredivisie goals in 15 games to lift them from the shackle of relegation to a mid-table place.

Manu, who played just once at Feyenoord at the start of the season before being sent out on loan as he failed to make the first team squad at the club, has his Feyenoord contract expiring at the end of June.

Feyenoord have been busy trying to convince the winger to ink a new deal at the club but GHANAsoccernet.com understands the winger has rejected the fresh offer and will join Cambuur on permanent basis when the summer transfer window opens in August.

The youngster is sure he cannot be guaranteed regular first team action at theStadion Feijenoord and sees his future away from the club he joined in the 2010/2011 season.

Manu was born to Ghanaian parents in the Dutch city of Dordrecht has openly declared his readiness to play for Ghana but nothing is official yet as the Ghana Football Association is yet to make a move for him.
