Kotoko striker Amed Toure has arrived in Lebanon to sign a one-year loan contract with champions Nejmeh SC, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The 28-year-old will sign the deal when he passes a mandatory medical on Tuesday.

GHANAsoccernet.com broke the news about Toure’s departure to the club last month after Kotoko reached an agreement with the ambitious Middle East club.

The Porcupine Warriors agreed to let the player go after turning down an earlier offer from Egyptian giants Zamalek.

Toure hails from Ivory Coast but has committed his international future to Burkina Faso.

He has bagged 11 goals for the dethroned Ghanaian champions this season.
