Libyan side Al Ahly Tripoli are in the hunt for the services of Hearts of Oak skipper Thomas Abbey following his exploits this season, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report.

The Benghazi-based outfit are closely monitoring the situation of the Black Stars B versatile player.

Al Ahly SC have presented a mouth watering offer to Abbey to lure him to the club as they face competition from MLS side Minnesota United FC for his services.

The 24-year-old is widely rated as one of the best players in Ghana at present and he was brilliant for his club last season scoring 14 goals and assisting four.
