Swedish top-flight side AFC Eskilstuna have announced parting ways with former Ghana international Emmanuel Frimpong after just six months, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report.
The club cited personal reasons on its website for the contract termination of the former Arsenal player.
Frimpong, 25, joined the club in February this year on a free transfer and made ten league appearances
He failed to make a huge impact at the newly-promoted side.
AFC Eskilstuna are rooted bottom of the Allsvenskan after 18 matches.
