The 30-year-old has signed a one-year deal after moving from Swedish top-flight side Djurgarden where he played for two-and-half seasons.
Chibsah was overwhelmed by the unveiling ceremony and said: “I believe this is the beginning of good works.”
The former Asante Kotoko captain has become the second foreign player for the ambitious club who have targeted an early qualification to the Turkish Super League.
Chibsah has spent the last seven years of his career in Sweden where he played for Gefle from 2007 to 2012.
