Ghana Premier League side Wa All Stars left Accra on Sunday afternoon for a ten-day training tour of Saudi Arabia, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The trip to the Gulf forms part of the club’s preparations for the 2016 Ghana Premier League which is scheduled to start on 20 February.

“The team will play some trial matches in the capital Riyadh to test their battle readiness for the start of the league,” the club’s General Manager Seth Panwum told GHANASoccernet.com

Wa All Stars have been preparing in Tema and beat Inter Allies 3-0 at the Tema Park two weeks ago.

The Blues are due in Ghana on 11 February to finalize preparations for their campaign.
