Disgraced Ghana goalkeeper Stephen Ahorlu suffered a training ground humiliation on Tuesday after he was booed by fans of his side Hapoel Ashkelon following a 5-1 League defeat over the weekend.

The fans invaded Ashkelon's training ground two days after the game and made jeering gestures at the fringe 2010 World Cup goalie for his role in the loss to Hapoel Tel Aviv.

Ahorlu is accused of his bad positioning and poor reflexes which attracted widespread condemnation in the Israeli media's post-match analysis.

Ahorlu earned a six-month loan deal after impressing in pre-season matches for Ashkelon.

He is on the verge of losing his national team place after Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Isaac Amoako was invited for this weekend's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Swaziland.
