Ghana first choice goalkeeper Fatau Dauda was named in the 20-man squad that will face AmaZulu in an outstanding Premier Soccer League match.

Dauda was surprising left out of the Pirates team which lost 1-2 to Super Sport United at home over the weekend.

Pirates’ first choice goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa has come under criticisms after conceding two ‘soft’ goals.

The club’s fans are calling for him to be replaced with Dauda who is yet to make a debut for the club in a competitive match since joining them last summer.

Head coach Roger de Sa indicated before the Christmas break that the Ghanaian would be given game time.
