FC SEVILLE, Castro on BACCA: \"A return of his wouldn\'t be simple\"

Published on: 07 December 2016

Few days ago FC Seville manager, Jorge Sampaoli, told the club would welcome the return of Colombian international striker Carlos Bacca (30), possibly leaving AC Milan after just one year and a half, due to their manager, Vincenzo Montella, not considering him a full-time regular. Asked about such a perspective by Estadio Deportivo, José Castro, Andalusian side chairman, stated: "I don't think it would be possible, at least I don't think it would be simple, since we sold him to AC Milan for a relevant sum a year and a half ago". Tracked by Arsenal and West Ham (the latter having tried to sign him during last summer), Bacca is currently on a deal with Italian club until June 2020.
