The head coach Netherlands side FC Twente Rene Hake has applauded Ghana U20 star Yaw Yeboah for being a fast learner in in adjusting to their football style.

The Eredivise giants have been poor in front of goal when the season started losing their first two opening matches.

The Tukkers have been hugely criticised for being poor in front of goal in their opening loss to Excelsior and to Fayenoord.

But their game away at Groningen saw them winning 4-3 and the head coach has praised the Ghana youth star for his swiftness and quickness in learning.

Yeboah, 19, lasted the entire regulation time in the game but was substituted in additional time.

"We have young players like Yaw Yeboah who are quick in learning and understanding what they are taught.

"We had challenges last season and the beginning of this season but the learning speed of the players give hope," Hake said.

Yaw Yeboah joined Twente from Manchester City after a loan spell at Lille last season.
